Spark Looper Solution with AIRSTEP

You can finally get a REAL looper for your Spark

With the AIRSTEP and your Smart Device, you can finally get a REAL looper for your Spark Amp!

In the video, the AIRSTEP Foot controller is set to switch channels of Spark and toggle recording of the Looper App.

How to do this?

First, use AIRSTEP App to load the setup into AIRSTEP, which controls Spark and the Looper App.

Then, download the Looper App to your iOS device, and specify the loop track you want to foot control.

Finally, connect Spark and iOS device via USB and OTG cable.

Just in 3 minutes, you are ready to loop!

When your Smart Device is connected to the USB port of Spark, the Spark becomes an audio interface, which can record and playback different sounds.

The looper app is called Loopy HD, a very stable and cheap ($4.99) iOS looper, Android in below. Any other looper app that can be controlled by MIDI also good to go!

How about Android?

There is an App called Beats and Loops, it's a 2 in 1 Looper and Drum Machine, available on Android and iOS. It can be perfectly controlled by AIRSTEP.

How about Bluetooth instead of USB audio?

If you want to use Bluetooth, not the USB audio, you need to connect the "Spark 40 Audio" in the system Bluetooth settings.

In that case, there are two issues that need attention:

First, the looper sound was recorded from the built-in microphone, so the sound quality is not good as the USB's.

Second, the Bluetooth audio has noticeable latency, so you can't use it for a multi-track looper, one track looper is ok.
